We are so excited and happy to annouce that The Club Fix has been announced as a top 100 clubfitter in the USA!
In their first year doing such an award Golf Digest has accumilated the best of the best in every state to let the public know where they can go to get the best possible club fitting. Since this is the first year The Club Fix has been open we consider this a great honor.
As the Owner of The Club Fix Bronson Wright was very humbled by the recognition by such a great company as Golf Digest. He also feels like there is added responsibility to continue providing the best possible clubfitting around. Of course he also feels like he has the great fortune to be in a great warm weather climate with a great community in Orange County, CA.
The Club Fix has had clients fly in from all over the world: Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Australia and Brazil are just a few of the countries that we were honored to have customers from. Here in the United States we had at least one client from every state this year and what a great variety of swings and personalities we saw!
More than anything this post is to aknowledge our great staff here at The Club Fix and the great people that continue to come and visit us. We are so happy to help you on your quest to build a better golf game. We look forward to another great year of longer straighter drives and more accurate approaches!

So I had a “friend” go down to Taylormade. It was a personal visit to go and visit Kia Ma. The guy is completely incredible at what he does. Everything can be done by feel as he has truely mastered his craft.
I’ve decided to keep it short as to not distract anybody from his beautiful work. So just enjoy the pictures today.

Yesterday in between fittings I was able to take a few snap shots of the new facility in Irvine.
Also on a really weird side note. Shady Canyon CC re-opened yesterday. The weird part being that there was a HUGE fire started by the spark of a golfers driver during his swing. I’ll also post pictures of that later.

During his time at Bridgestone Golf R&D Bronson Wright had the huge opportunity of meeting and testing with Ai Miyazato.
“She is an extremely nice person who has always been very humble. I remember the first time I met her at the Bridgestone Golf R&D offices where she politely autographed a picture for me. Seems like that was just a few days ago that she didn’t have an LPGA tour title to her name, and now she is the #1 player in the world. What a great story that couldn’t happen to a nicer person.”
Bronson was able to test Ai many times during his stint at Bridgestone where he developed enough of a relationship with her to keep contact with Ai in the past years since he left the company. There is nobody happier to see her succeed after so many years of testing, practice and dedication. All the best to Ai in the future and congratulations to all of her recent success. Well deserved!

Arjun Atwal becomes the first qualifier in 24 years to win a PGA Tour event! We just wanted to feature him and give everyone a little history on this great journeyman.
Arjun is an Indian professional golfer who has played on the Asian Tour and the European Tour and is the first player born in India to become a member of, and later on win the U.S. based PGA Tour.
After turning professional in 1995 he became one of the leading players on the Asian Tour, topping the order of merit in 2003 and becoming the first man to win a million U.S. dollars on the tour by winning the Hero Honda Masters on home soil in the same year. Atwal was the second Indian golfer to earn membership of the European Tour after Jeev Milkha Singh and the first to win on a European Tour event when he notched up a five stroke victory in the 2002 Caltex Singapore Masters, which is co-sanctioned by the Asian and European tours. A second European Tour win followed at the Carlsberg Malaysian Open in 2003. Late in the same year Atwal finished seventh at the PGA Tour’s qualifying school in the U.S., earning a PGA Tour card for 2004, making him the first native East Indian golfer to do so. (The most famous golfer of Indian origin, longtime PGA Tour mainstay and multiple major winner Vijay Singh, is a native of Fiji.) In his 2004 rookie season on the PGA tour in America he finished 142nd on the money list.
In 2005, Atwal came close to winning on the PGA Tour numerous times, most notably at the BellSouth Classic in April. After posting a 64 (the low round for any golfer in the tourney) in the final round of the rain-shortened event, he wound up in a five-man sudden death playoff along with Rich Beem, José María Olazábal, Brandt Jobe and Phil Mickelson. On the first hole of the playoff, the par-5 18th, Atwal’s second shot went into the water, yet he almost holed his fourth shot. If he had done so, he’d have made birdie and won (Mickelson, Beem and Olazabal made pars, while Jobe bogeyed.) After two-putting the green, Atwal made bogey, and he and Jobe were eliminated. Mickelson went on to win the tournament. Atwal finished 82nd on the money list in 2005 to secure his spot on Tour for 2006.
After the 2010 RBC Canadian Open, Atwal lost his Tour Card and became ineligible for the FedEx Cup playoffs after his medical exemption, received due to a shoulder injury, ran out and he had failed to earn enough money. He later regained his playing privileges on the PGA tour through 2012 and obtained an invitation into the 2011 Masters by Monday qualifying for and later recording his maiden victory on the PGA Tour at the Wyndham Championship, the final tournament of the regular season. He became the first Indian-born player to ever win on the PGA Tour, and was the first Monday qualifier to win a PGA Tour event since Fred Wadsworth won the 1986 Southern Open.
So again a big congratulations to Arjun Atwal on his victory today!

This is a post to thank and present Will King. Will created our first website in under a week. He is currently designing a new website so please stay tuned. The changes should be coming within the next week.
Here is a quick Bio of Will:
My name is Will King, and I am a web designer based out of Santa Ana, CA. My education includes graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising. While attending one of my last semesters, I took a course in web design and have been persuing it with a passion ever since.
With more competition and clutter on the web, I pride myself in building clean websites that meet the needs of any target audience. Maintaining clear and constant communication with clients is one my strengths, and I’ll never finish a project until all expectations are met. I share the spirit of entreprenuership and love helping new and existing companies grow.
In my free time I definitely love hanging out with my awesome wife Jenn. We’ve been married since October 2008 and it’s been a blast! Some of my hobbies include writing and recording my own music, such as the song playing on the photography page. I also enjoy surfing, ping-pong, soccer, golf, and spending time with my friends and family.
You can contact Will through is website if you would like any web work done.
